Operational and Accommodation Rules of Jestřábí I. Campsite (hereinafter referred to as "the Campsite")

  1. These operational and accommodation rules regulate the rights and obligations of the landlord and the guest in connection with accommodation at the campsite.
  2. The landlord is Kitesport, s.r.o., with its registered office at S. K. Neumanna 986/15, Prague 8, ID No.: 28379713, business premises: Jestřábí I. Campsite, Černá v Pošumaví 152, Postal Code 382 23.
  3. The guest undertakes to pay the landlord the price for the accommodation, which is communicated to him in advance, as well as the price for the services related to the accommodation according to the valid price list of the landlord.
  4. An accommodation contract is concluded between the landlord and the guest. The accommodation contract is concluded:
    • 4.1. in the case of an online order through the landlord's website or an online platform on which the accommodation is offered by the landlord, at the moment the accommodation date confirmation is delivered by the landlord to the guest's email address;
    • 4.2. by paying the price for the accommodation or a part of it (deposit) by the guest.
  5. The operational and accommodation rules of the campsite apply to the entire area of the campsite, especially to the designated area for tents, caravans, and accommodation units in the campsite.
  6. Only a guest who registers properly at the reception located at the entrance to the premises, presents an identity card (ID card, passport, or another state-issued document with identification data), and pays the price for the accommodation can be accommodated in the campsite.
  7. The guest is required to pay the price for the entire duration of the accommodation before starting the stay, unless otherwise agreed with the landlord, by one of the following payment methods:
  • 7.1. in the case of an online reservation, simultaneously with making the reservation using a credit card or bank transfer,
  • 7.2. by paying the invoice issued by the landlord before the start of the accommodation,
  • 7.3. by presenting a voucher issued by the landlord at the latest at the check-in at the reception.
  1. The landlord is entitled, in special cases, to change the guest's accommodation, which, however, will not significantly deviate from the confirmed booking.
  2. A reservation confirmed by the landlord can be canceled or changed by the guest without a cancellation fee, at least 14 days before the start of the stay. In case of cancellation of the reservation 13 days or less before the start of the stay, a cancellation fee of 100% of the paid deposit will be charged.
  3. ENTRY AND USE OF THE CAMPSITE IS ALLOWED ONLY FOR ACCOMMODATED GUESTS and further for guests who are not carriers of pathogens or affected by infectious or parasitic diseases, nor have they been ordered increased health supervision or quarantine.
  4. Unless otherwise agreed, the check-in time for accommodation units is from 16:00. The guest is required to leave the accommodation unit on the day of departure by 10:00, restore it to its original state (also turn off the lights, close the windows and doors), and return the key to the reception. If the guest does not comply with this deadline, the landlord is entitled to charge the accommodation price for another day.
  5. For guests accommodated in their own facilities (tents, cars, caravans, motorhomes, minibuses, etc.), the end of the stay in the premises is by 10:00 on the last day. If the guest does not comply with this deadline, the landlord is entitled to charge the accommodation price for another day.
  6. Guests may set up tents and park vehicles and caravans only in designated areas.
  7. Guests accommodated in the campsite are required to maintain cleanliness and order, especially in sanitary facilities and the dishwashing area, and to dispose of municipal waste only in containers at designated locations.
  8. It is strictly forbidden to throw fish, dead animals, and hot ash into the containers, as well as to deposit bulk and hazardous waste throughout the campsite area. Garden waste, hobby waste, building materials, or other bulky, hazardous, or non-municipal waste do not belong in the municipal waste containers. Do not throw garden furniture, sports equipment, appliances, or swimming or camping equipment and tents into the containers. In case of violation of this point of the operational rules, a fine in the amount corresponding to the disposal of the number of containers filled with this waste will be imposed.
  9. The guest is liable for damages caused to the landlord's property according to generally binding regulations.
  10. Quiet hours must be observed from 22:00 to 7:00. During cultural events, quiet hours are from 24:00 to 7:00.
  11. Lighting fires is only allowed in designated areas and with the prior consent of the operator. It is forbidden to use grills or fire pits that may damage the campsite facilities or greenery.
  12. It is strictly forbidden to bring any glass to the beach, litter the beach area and water.
  13. Access to the pier is only allowed accompanied by the staff or employees of the campsite.
  14. The safety of children in the area is the responsibility of parents or their legal guardians!
  15. There are artistic artifacts in the area that are not classified as playground elements, handling them and moving on them is not allowed and is at one's own risk.
  16. There is free wireless internet access via Wi-Fi free throughout the area. Any malfunction of the internet in the campsite does not entitle the guest to any compensation.
  17. The owners are responsible for boats and catamarans placed in the campsite area on the designated area. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by improper storage and securing of the vessel.
  18. The movement of dogs and other animals is only allowed on a leash and under the owner's supervision throughout the campsite area! It is strictly forbidden to walk dogs throughout the campsite area.
  19. The landlord is not responsible for money, personal documents, and other valuables that were not given to him for safekeeping.
  20. The maximum speed of all vehicles in the area is 5 km/h.
  21. Every guest must familiarize themselves with these operational and accommodation rules and is obliged to comply with them.
  22. By paying for the accommodation or the reservation fee, the guest declares that they have been acquainted with these operational and accommodation rules and fully understood them.
  23. Accommodated guests and persons moving in the campsite area are obliged to comply with the fire alarm regulations of Jestřábí I. Campsite. Smoking and lighting fires are strictly prohibited in all accommodation facilities and interior spaces of the buildings.
  24. The operational and accommodation rules of the campsite are binding for all accommodated guests and persons moving in the campsite area. An accommodated guest or person who violates the operational and accommodation rules will be expelled from the campsite area without compensation. In case of damage or destruction of the landlord's property, the accommodated guest or person will be required to pay the actual damage amount.
  25. The landlord is entitled to deny entry to the campsite to persons who are clearly under the influence of alcohol or other addictive and intoxicating substances, persons who are excessively noisy or otherwise disturbing the order, peace, and good manners, especially from 22:00 to 7:00, likewise, the landlord is entitled to expel such persons from the accommodation. In such a case, the accommodated guest is required to pay 100% of the accommodation price.
  26. It is strictly forbidden to damage, arbitrarily modify, prune or cut trees, shrubs, or otherwise handle vegetation in any way throughout the campsite area. In case of violation of this point, the campsite operator is entitled to charge compensation for the damage caused by these interventions.
  27. Throughout the campsite area, including its residential parts, it is strictly forbidden to build terraces, extensions, shelters, fences, or other structures on the rented land and beyond. In case of violation, a fine of 5000 CZK - 50000 CZK will be charged depending on the severity and extent. The affected person is obliged to remove such a structure at their own expense immediately and without delay.
  28. In case of early termination of the stay by the guest, the landlord does not refund the money. We recommend arranging individual insurance with a suitable insurance company.
  29. In the case that a guests staying at the campsite use their own appliances (electric or gas), electrical devices, gas or electric stoves, or other electrical or gas equipment, they are required to have a valid inspection certificate for them during their stay. This also applies to the use of plug adapters, extension cords, or power strips.
  30. The landlord is the data controller of the guest's personal data within the meaning of Article 4 (7) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "Regulation") and undertakes to manage the guest's personal data in accordance with this Regulation. The landlord informs the guest pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation before booking accommodation (before concluding the accommodation contract) about the processing of the guest's personal data. All personal data of the guest, for the processing and transfer of which consent is required in accordance with the Regulation, is processed by the landlord only based on this consent.
  31. The gate and entrance to the campsite are closed from 22:00 to 7:00.
